Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

At S&E Natural Soaps LLC, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible so you can start enjoying your handcrafted products without delay. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship nationwide within the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax) within the U.S. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, but standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. S&E Natural Soaps LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at  tamiko@senaturalsoaps.com so we can work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want every shopping experience with us to be smooth and worry-free.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your confidence in shopping with us. Our goal is to build trust and reassure you that you can shop with peace of mind.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare and body care products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or store credit.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
